TR460 Rotary Drilling Rig is a large pile machine. Currently, the large tonnage rotary drilling rig is widely used by customers in complex geology areas. What's more, large and deep hole piles are required in across-sea and across-river bridge projects. Thus, based on these needs, we researched and developed the TR460 rotary drilling rig, which has the advantages of high stability, suitability for large and deep piles, and ease of transportation.
Triangle support structure reduces turning radius and increases the overall stability of the rotary drilling rig.
Rear-mounted main winch uses double motors, double reducers, and a single-layer drum design which avoids rope winding.
Crowd winch system is adopted with a stroke of 9m. Both crowd force & stroke are larger than those of the cylinder system, making it easy to embed casing. The optimized hydraulic and electrical control system improves control accuracy and reaction speed.
Authorized utility model patent of depth measuring device improves the accuracy of depth measurement.
Unique design of one machine with double working conditions can meet the requirements of large piles and rock drilling.
