Explore our leading geotechnical equipment options, built to streamline foundation excavation processes across complex strata.
A structural engineering analysis of hydraulic oscillating operations, soil dynamics, and drilling rig coordination.
Features optimized multi-point clamping jaws that encircle the casing uniformly, preventing cross-sectional deformation of casings under high clamping force.
By leveraging continuous oscillation (angular rotation coupled with axial crowd forces), the system overcomes soil friction in heavy clays and packed gravel beds.
Designed for seamless hydraulic connectivity to rotary drilling rigs like the TR60, TR158, or TR600H, extracting power directly from the rig’s auxiliary lines.
In deep foundation piling, borehole stability is paramount. In loose sands, silts, or water-bearing strata, uncased holes risk sudden collapsing or necking. A casing oscillator forces temporary or permanent steel casings deep into the ground ahead of or simultaneously with the rotary drilling tool. By using powerful hydraulic cylinders, the oscillator twists the casing shell back and forth while pushing it down. This rotation significantly reduces static soil friction, allowing lower crowd forces to plunge the casing to target depths exceeding 50 meters.
SINOVO Heavy Industry Co. Ltd. designs, engineers, and exports specialized piling machinery configured for complex urban, marine, and industrial conditions. Having been established in the early 1990s, our technical development has pioneered robust electronic-hydraulic control and drive systems that empower our partner rigs to operate under severe subterranean pressure.
Leveraging direct hydraulic interfaces, our SWC Series Casing Oscillators mount directly to the crawler bases of rotary drilling rigs. They can also be powered by external hydraulic power packs in remote areas where rig power must be preserved entirely for deep rock drilling.
Providing global technology, certified manufacturing excellence, and dedicated field service for over 30 years.
All SINOVO systems are manufactured in compliance with ISO9001:2015 quality management benchmarks, carrying CE certification for European operations and GOST credentials for the Eurasian Economic Union. Our production facility spanning 7,800 square meters handles precision boring, structural welding, and stress-relieving procedures required to maintain mechanical alignment under massive torsional loads.
Reviewing our international reach and project history across tough structural environments.
SINOVO Heavy Industry has built robust trade relations with more than 120 countries and territories. In regions where geology presents challenging conditions—such as the high-water tables in Bangladesh, the harsh coastal sands of Saudi Arabia, and the dense urban settings of Singapore—our casing oscillators and drilling rigs provide safe, quiet, and rapid excavation solutions.

A casing oscillator is used to install and retrieve heavy steel casings during borehole drilling. By applying high torque oscillation (back-and-forth rotation) and vertical hydraulic force, it reduces surface friction between the casing and the surrounding soil, allowing the casing to be installed deep into unstable or water-bearing formations to prevent borehole collapse.
The casing oscillator is typically mounted to the undercarriage of a rotary drilling rig and powered directly by the rig’s auxiliary hydraulic circuits. This design ensures that clamping and oscillating operations are controlled directly from the operator's cabin, synchronizing drilling and casing processes.
Hydraulic splitting machines apply immense force through a wedge mechanism inside a pre-drilled hole, splitting large rock or concrete structures from the inside out. Since this process does not use explosives, it operates with virtually no vibration, flying rock, or high noise levels, making it ideal for restricted urban construction zones.
All SINOVO piling equipment and drilling rigs are manufactured under strict ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Our machinery complies with CE standards for European operations and carries GOST certifications for compliance in Russia and the wider CIS region.
A desander separates sand and fine solids from the drilling mud (bentonite slurry) before it is recycled back into the borehole. This maintains mud density, prevents silt buildup at the bottom of the pile, reduces slurry consumption, and protects pumping equipment from premature abrasive wear.
