Within this context, the term "Boring Bar" refers to two critical concepts in high-capacity civil engineering: first, the highly specialized telescopic Kelly bars used inside heavy rotary drilling rigs to transmit torque and crowd force; and second, the portable line-boring systems required to machine and rebuild pivot points, hinge pins, and bucket linkages on heavy excavators, crawler cranes, and pile drivers.

In deep foundation projects, Kelly bars operate as telescopic boring bars under intense torsional stress. The concentric alignment, rotational balance, and fatigue limit of these parts directly affect drilling depth and safety. By 2010, SINOVO invested 120 million yuan to construct a modern production base in the Hebei Xianghe Emerging Industry Demonstration Zone. Spanning 67 mu, this manufacturing facility is located near major transport links just 100 kilometers from Tianjin Port, helping us keep export shipping costs low.

Today, our Beijing Sinovo International & Sinovo Heavy Industry Co. Ltd. production facility operates a 7,800 square meter factory equipped with over 50 pieces of heavy precision machining equipment.
