Explore our flagship catalog featuring highly efficient core rigs, pile breakers, and rotary drilling platforms certified under international quality systems.
SINOVO Group stands as an esteemed global pioneer and authority in the manufacture, exporting, and design consultancy of advanced piling systems, foundation drilling setups, and on-site line-boring solutions. Our core engineering backbone took shape in the early 1990s. Over three decades of consistent breakthrough innovation, we have cultivated comprehensive R&D facilities, structural fabrication zones, and strategic distribution partnerships across multiple continents.
We serve civil engineering projects, transport infrastructure developments, and deep excavation setups with state-of-the-art hydraulic machinery. With operational frameworks spanning more than 120 countries, SINOVO Heavy Industry integrates advanced hydraulic design, electronics, and stress-tolerant mechanics to produce drilling apparatuses capable of withstanding the most severe geological conditions.
Every piece of equipment engineered at our 7,800 square meter Beijing base is systematically certified under the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, maintaining CE and GOST certifications to ensure seamless compliance with complex site specifications worldwide.
Modern heavy machinery demands exceptional structural integrity. Within this context, the term "Boring Bar" refers to two critical concepts in high-capacity civil engineering: first, the highly specialized telescopic Kelly bars used inside heavy rotary drilling rigs to transmit torque and crowd force; and second, the portable line-boring systems required to machine and rebuild pivot points, hinge pins, and bucket linkages on heavy excavators, crawler cranes, and pile drivers.
In deep foundation projects, Kelly bars operate as telescopic boring bars under intense torsional stress. The concentric alignment, rotational balance, and fatigue limit of these parts directly affect drilling depth and safety. Any microscopic structural deflection in a Kelly bar decreases drilling efficiency and risks permanent shaft damage. Because of this, SINOVO uses structural steel alloys treated with computerized thermal tempering to fabricate these high-load mechanical columns.
Engineered to handle extreme rotational torque (up to 460 kN.m) in high-resistance strata without wall collapse or coupling wear.
Machined down to sub-millimeter tolerances to ensure clean sliding movement when extending the telescopic sections.
Reinforced with specialized weld overlays and alloy guides designed to extend service life in abrasive sand and gravel layers.
Soil and rock conditions vary drastically across different global markets. Heavy civil engineering demands custom machinery optimized for specific regional soil profiles. SINOVO works closely with global engineering networks to deliver purpose-built machines capable of operating in diverse geological environments:

Our foundation in the early 1990s set the stage for our engineering work. In 2008, we launched TEG FAR EAST in Singapore, establishing a dedicated regional hub to support infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia.
By 2010, SINOVO invested 120 million yuan to construct a modern production base in the Hebei Xianghe Emerging Industry Demonstration Zone. Spanning 67 mu, this manufacturing facility is located near major transport links just 100 kilometers from Tianjin Port, helping us keep export shipping costs low.
Today, our Beijing Sinovo International & Sinovo Heavy Industry Co. Ltd. production facility operates a 7,800 square meter factory equipped with over 50 pieces of heavy precision machining equipment. Our annual production capacity yields up to 1,000 core rigs, 250 water well rigs, and 120 rotary rigs.
Our ongoing investment in engineering design is backed by global certifications and a growing list of utility patents.
We back our machinery with an industry-leading service program. SINOVO drilling rigs include a one-year warranty, covering parts and technical support. During the warranty period, we provide on-site calibration, crew training, and maintenance at no extra cost.
We source critical components—including hydraulic valves, pumps, and electronics—from top global brands. This makes it easier for our clients to find replacement parts locally and helps ensure high uptime on job sites around the world.
Pre-Sale Services: We analyze regional geological conditions to recommend the right tooling, Kelly bar configurations, and rig specifications for the job.
Sale Coordination: Standard models are ready to ship within 10 to 15 days, with customized rigs handled on accelerated production timelines.
Post-Sale Services: We send experienced field technicians to sites for 1 to 2 weeks to handle assembly, calibration, and local operator training.

The piling and foundation machinery sector is rapidly shifting toward integrated electronics, hydraulic controls, and low-emission power systems. To stay ahead, SINOVO Heavy Industry focuses its research and development on several key areas:
1. Electro-Hydraulic Closed-Loop Systems: Modern rigs increasingly replace traditional mechanical-hydraulic controls with electronic closed-loop control systems. These systems monitor load demands in real-time, adjust hydraulic pump output, and reduce fuel consumption while keeping torque transmission high.
2. Smart Drilling Telematics: We are integrating sensors into our telescopic Kelly bars. These sensors track rotational speed, vertical alignment, and soil resistance, helping operators optimize drilling speed and catch structural wear early.
3. Multi-Functional Rig Chassis: In tight urban spaces, single-purpose machines are no longer practical. Platforms like the SK800 and GM-5B are engineered for easy conversion between anchor drilling, down-the-hole (DTH) hammer configurations, and jet-grouting functions, helping contractors reduce mobilization costs.
