The NPD series pipe jacking machine is mainly suitable for geological conditions with high groundwater pressure and high soil permeability coefficient. The excavated slag is pumped out of the tunnel in the form of mud through the mud pump, so it has the characteristics of high working efficiency and a clean working environment.
According to the different ways of controlling the mud on the excavation surface, the NPD series pipe jacking machine can be divided into two types: direct control type and indirect control type (air pressure composite control type).

The direct control type pipe jacking machine can control the working pressure of the mud water tank by adjusting the speed of the mud pump or adjusting the opening of the mud water control valve. This control method is simple and convenient, and the failure rate is low.
The indirect control pipe jacking machine indirectly adjusts the working pressure of the muddy water tank by changing the pressure of the air cushion tank. This control method has a sensitive response and high control accuracy.
