Product Description
The SPL800 Hydraulic Breaker for Wall Cutting is an advanced, efficient, and time-saving wall breaker designed to break walls or piles from both ends simultaneously using a reliable hydraulic system. This pile breaker is highly suitable for cutting off contiguous pile walls in high-speed rail, bridge, and civil construction projects.
This pile breaker needs to be mounted on a fixed pump station or other movable construction machinery, such as an excavator. Generally speaking, the hydraulic breaker usually connects to a pump station in pile foundation construction of high-rise buildings. This method minimizes the total investment in equipment and provides convenient movement, making it ideal for breaking groups of piles.
For other projects, this pile breaker is frequently connected to an excavator as an attachment. The bucket of the excavator is removed, and the hoisting chain of the hydraulic breaker is suspended at the connecting shaft between the bucket and the arm. Once connected, the hydraulic oil path of any cylinder of the excavator is linked to the pile breaker through a balance valve to drive the cylinder of the pile breaker.
This combined pile breaker system is easy to move and operates across a wide area, making it perfect for construction projects with scattered piles and long operation lines.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the primary application of the SPL800 Hydraulic Breaker?
The SPL800 is designed for cutting off contiguous pile walls and breaking walls or piles from both ends simultaneously. It is ideal for high-speed railway, bridge, and civil construction projects.
Can the wall breaker be operated in residential or suburban areas?
Yes. Because the wall breaker utilizes a hydraulic drive system, its operation is almost silent, allowing it to be used in noise-sensitive locations such as suburban areas.
How does the breaker connect to an excavator?
The excavator's bucket is removed, and the breaker's hoisting chain is suspended from the shaft connecting the bucket and arm. The hydraulic oil path of the excavator is then connected to the breaker through a balance valve.
What tonnage excavator is required to support the SPL800?
The SPL800 hydraulic wall breaker requires a supporting digging machine (excavator) with a tonnage of 7 tons or greater (≥7t).
Is special training required to operate and maintain this machine?
No, the operation and maintenance procedures are very straightforward and designed to be managed easily without requiring highly specialized technical skills.
Why is this pile breaker considered highly safe for site workers?
The breaking process is mainly controlled via a construction manipulator. No workers are required to stand near the breaker during operation, ensuring maximum on-site safety.
