The spindle bore of a factory lathe determines the maximum diameter of raw tubing that can be inserted into the spindle for turning joints, thread cutting, and straightness correction. Large hollow spindle bores are crucial for producing heavy Kelly bars, casing pipes, and drive adapters used in rotary and core drilling rigs.
Every spindle-type core rig (like XY-1, XY-1B, and XY-6A) undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing and ultrasound structural tests. The drive spindles are turned using computer-numerical-control (CNC) lathes with heavy spindle bores, ensuring perfect alignment, micro-level runout, and outstanding torque distribution during operations.
Our entire manufacturing base conforms to ISO9001:2015 quality management guidelines. The drilling and piling equipment has successively passed CE certification for European Union markets, GOST certification for Russian customs unions, and we are recognized as a Customs Class A enterprise.
